Coastal Metabolic Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Overview

Coastal Metabolic provides coaching, administrative support, and access to independent licensed medical providers. Because prescription medications are regulated products, strict pharmacy laws limit refunds and returns once medications are dispensed.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Prescription Medications & Pharmaceutical Products

All prescription medications and compounded pharmaceutical products are final sale once processed by the pharmacy.

Due to federal and state regulations:

Prescription medications cannot be returned.

Dispensed medications cannot be reused or resold.

Refunds cannot be issued after pharmacy fulfillment.

If your prescription is not approved by a licensed provider, you will not be charged for medication and will receive a full refund if payment was collected.

Experiencing side effects, adverse reactions, lack of desired results, or deciding not to continue treatment does not qualify for a refund. If you have medical concerns, contact your licensed provider through the patient portal. For emergencies, call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical care.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations Before Fulfillment

Orders move quickly once submitted.

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately by emailing [email protected].

Cancellation is not guaranteed once medical review, prescription processing, or pharmacy fulfillment has begun.

If your order is successfully canceled before pharmacy fulfillment, a refund may be issued minus a $99 administrative processing fee.

No refunds will be issued once medication has been fulfilled, processed, or shipped by the pharmacy.

4. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Many Coastal Metabolic programs operate on recurring subscription cycles.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.

To prevent renewal, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date.

Cancellations can be requested by emailing [email protected].

If a subscription renewal is processed and canceled prior to pharmacy fulfillment, you may receive a refund minus a $99 administrative processing fee.

Once medication has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, the order is final and non-refundable.

5. Mid-Cycle Cancellations

If you cancel during an active billing cycle:

You remain financially responsible for the full current cycle.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals only.

No prorated refunds are provided for partially used cycles.

No refunds are provided for unused coaching, administrative support, portal access, or program time during the current billing cycle.

6. Important Regulatory Notice

Coastal Metabolic does not manufacture medications and does not practice medicine. All medical evaluations, treatment decisions, and prescriptions, if appropriate, are made independently by licensed healthcare providers.

Coastal Metabolic does not guarantee that any prescription will be issued. Prescription approval is based solely on the independent medical judgment of the licensed provider.

This policy is intended to comply with applicable pharmacy regulations and federal guidelines governing prescription medications.
